SHACMAN 12m³ ASPHALT DISTRIBUTOR TRUCK

The  asphalt distribution truck is a semi-intelligent professional equipment used for spraying emulsified asphalt, cutback asphalt, hot asphalt, high-viscosity modified asphalt and other asphalt binders. It is applied to the spraying of prime coat, waterproof layer and tack coat for the base course of asphalt pavement on high-grade highways.

This distributor consists of Shacman truck chassis, asphalt tank, asphalt pumping and spraying system, hydraulic system, combustion and heat-conducting oil heating system, control system, pneumatic system and operating platform.

The truck adopts Shacman chassis, featuring excellent and strong load-bearing capacity, flexible and light handling, which is widely used globally, providing reliable performance and good aftersales service. 

The tank consists of three layers: the outer surface made by stainless steel, the inner surface made by carbon steel, and the intermediate insulation layer made by rock wool. 

Adopts internationally advanced high-viscosity asphalt pump, which can pump external asphalt into the tank to realize "self-priming", and can also pump asphalt out of the tank

The asphalt spraying bar adopts a three-section folding structure, which is adjustable vertically. It can be expanded left and right to enlarge the spraying range and effectively avoid obstacles.

Heating method: heating by diesel burner (RIELLO, famous Italy brand) and heating through heat-conducting oil circulation; temperature is controlled by manual switch.

Asphalt spraying control is completed in the cab, enabling one-to-one control of the rear nozzles, thus allowing arbitrary adjustment of the spraying width. It is convenient for the driver to operate alone.

A: We provide a one-year warranty for the chassis core components (including the Engine, transmission, and frame) and provide a one-year warranty for the upper body main components.
